                                                                En la búsqueda del conocimiento
                                                                cada día se añade algo.
                                                                En la practica del Tao
                                                                cada día se abandona algo.
                                                                Cada vez es más superfluo forzar las cosas
                                                                hasta que al fin se llega a la no-acción.
                                                                Cuando nada se hace,
                                                                nada queda por hacer.

                                                                La verdadera maestría se alcanza
                                                                dejando que las cosas sigan su curso.
                                                                No puede alcanzarse interfiriendo.



                                                                Learning consits in daily accumulating;
                                                                The practice of Tao consists in daily 
                                                                diminishing.

                                                                 Keep on disminishing and disminishing,
                                                                 until you reach the state of No-Ado.
                                                                 No -Ado, and yet nothing is left undone.
                                                                 To win the world, one must renunce all.
                                                                 If one still has private ends to serve,
                                                                 One will never be able to win the world.

                                                                      Unimos los radios en una rueda,
                                                                      pero es el agujero central
                                                                      lo que permite que el carro se mueva.

                                                                      Torneamos la arcilla para hacer una vasija,
                                                                      pero es el vacío interno
                                                                      lo que contiene aquello que vertemos en ella.

                                                                      Hincamos estacas para construir una 
                                                                      cabaña, pero es el espacio interior
                                                                      lo que la hace habitable.

                                                                      Trabajamos con el ser,
                                                                      pero es el no-ser lo que usamos.



                                                                      Thirty spokes converge upon a single hub;
                                                                      It is on the hole in the centre that the
                                                                      use of the cart hinges.   

                                                                      We make a vessel from a lump of clay;
                                                                      It is the empty space within the vessel 
                                                                      that make it useful.

                                                                      We make doors and windows for a room;
                                                                      But it is these empty spaces that make 
                                                                      the room livable.

                                                                     Thus, while the tangible has advantages,
